What is your availibility?
We are available immediately for new projects and partnerships. After an initial strategy session, we'll give a more in-depth overview of our current availability and timelines relative to your business needs.
What stack do you use?
For greenfield projects, we reach for full-stack TypeScript - usually React, Next.js, and Nest.js. However our team of polyglots can work with any stack you prefer.
Where is your team based?
Our core team is based in Detroit, MI. We also work with a network of remote developers and designers to scale our team as needed. All team members are based in the US.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes, we provide ongoing support for all of our projects. We can provide support on an hourly basis or as part of a monthly retainer.
How available are you on a day-to-day basis?
We set up a shared Slack channel with every client, and our team is available Monday through Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, ET. We'll also provide a 24/7 emergency contact for critical issues.
How much do your services cost?
We don't have a set price for our services, but most fixed-scope projects start at $25,000. We'll provide a detailed quote after our initial strategy session. We'll also provide a breakdown of our hourly rates for ongoing support.
How quickly can you complete my project?
It depends on scope, but you may be surprised how quickly we can get a project up and running. We'll provide a detailed timeline after our initial strategy session. Most large projects take 3-6 months to complete.
How do you handle project management?
We assign a project manager to each project. They'll be your main point of contact and will keep you updated on project progress. Additionally, we're obsessive about keeping you in the loop. You'll be able to see our progress in real-time through our shared project management tool.
How do I know I'll like the final product?
We insist on iterative collaboration. Rather than handing off a finished product, we'll work with you to build and refine your product in real-time.
